Can I place Cash on Delivery order?
Yes, you can place Cash on Delivery orders on our website. Please note that there is an additional shipping charge of ₹80 per order on COD, as the cost of shipping is significantly higher for COD as compared to Pre-Paid.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, you can -
- Check the order tracking link shared with you on WhatsApp. This link will be sent to you once your order is shipped from your end.
- You can login to your order tracking page and check the status of all your orders from there. Kindly use the same email to login as the one with which you had ordered.

Can I modify or cancel my order, once it’s placed?
We don’t currently allow for modifications or cancellations once you have placed the order. For further queries regarding this, please reach out to us via the contact us form shared above.
I received my order, but some items are missing or a different product has been sent to me. What should I do?
We are so sorry to hear about this. If items are missing in your order. Please reach out to us immediately via the contact us form or through the Email ID/Phone number mentioned above. We will have your issue resolved within 24 hours.

Some or all items were damaged when received by me. What should I do?
Oh no! We are terribly sorry to hear that. If you have received any items in damaged condition, please email us/WhatsApp us immediately with a picture of the damaged product and the package received from the courier partner.We will have your issue resolved within 24 hours.

I am not happy with the quality of the product I have received. How can you help me?
We are terribly sorry that the quality of the product you received is not up to the mark.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products listed on thePack store. However we understand that there will be times when we slip up. We take these issues very seriously.
Please email us/WhatsApp us immediately with a picture of the product you have received, clearly indicating why you are not happy with the product. We will prioritise your concern and have your issue resolved within 24 hours.

How can I raise a request to refund / replace my order?
To refund/replace your order, you can either:
- Write to us on the contact details shared above with images and a clear message on why you would like a refund or replacement. We will ensure your query is resolved within 24 hours
- You can login to your order tracking page and raise a return/refund request. Kindly use the same email to login as the one with which you had placed the order.
- You can also visit your user profile on thePack and raise a return/refund request from there.

My order is marked as delivered but it is not delivered. What should I do?
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't yet arrived, please follow these steps:
- Wait for 3-4 hours before raising a complaint. Sometimes delivery executives erroneously mark a package delivered before arriving at the location.
- Double-check your delivery address to ensure it was entered correctly during order confirmation & payment.
- Contact your neighbours to see if they received the package by mistake or when you were away.
- Check with the apartment security if they have received the package on your behalf.
