This kit is ideal for puppies between 2 months - 6 months of age.

Each item in the Puppy Starter Kit is thoughtfully chosen by experts to ensure all the basic needs of your puppy are met:

• How to feed the Barkkins Meals: If your puppy has started transitioning to wet food, you can start by giving 1/2th of the packet and wait and watch for 24 hours to see if your puppy is showing signs of indigestion (loose stool, vomitting or lethargy). In the absence of any of these signs, you can feed the remaining and give 1 packet a day.
  
  
• How to use the Dog Bowl : Essential for puppy feeding. Place the bowl in a fixed spot of your home. When not using it to feed your puppy, keep the bowl topped up with water for them to drink water & hydrate, whenever needed.
  
  
• How to use the Puppy Pee Pad: Essential tool for your puppy's toilet training. Lay out the puppy pee pad in a quiet area where your puppy spends most of their time (next to their crate, corner of the play pen or next to your bed. Take your pup to the peep pad as soon as they wake up, after play time or meal times for a quick pee break. Once they pee on the pad, reward them words of praise like “good puppy” or “good job”.
  
  
• How to use the Puppy Chew Toy: Essential tool to help stop your puppy from biting you. The chew toy is made from durable plastic that can help redirect your puppy's biting. It also helps soothe the pain from puppy teething. If using it for play, bring out the toy to initiate play or interaction with your puppy. If using it to stop your puppy's biting, bring out the toy and tease your puppy with it before your puppy starts biting/mouthing you - essentially redirecting them from your hands, shoes, furniture etc.
  
  
• How to use the Collar + Leash: Fit the collar snugly on your puppy's neck, make sure ther is a two-finger gap between the collar and your puppy's neck. During the first few days, get your puppies used to the collar by making them wear it during playtime and removing it once play time is over. Once they are used to it, clip the leash to the collar, and do short walk sessions inside the house to start training them for outdoor walks. Remove collar and leash after training.
  

Each item is of a size which will suit your puppy for the first 4-8 weeks. They will grow to a size where some of these items may not be usable anymore. Please replace the products as and when needed.

Pee pads: Please replace after use; dispose in regular trash—do not flush. Keep training spot consistent.

Chew toy: Please keep an eye on your puppy whenever they are playing with the chew toy. You can wash it from time to time using a mild soap and water. Rinse and dry well before giving it to your puppy; replace immediately when damaged.

Leash + Collar: Check fit weekly (two-finger rule); wipe down and sun-dry if wet or muddy.

Puppy Bowl: Wash after every meal; use warm water and mild dish soap. If using only for water, please wash every day and ensure the bowl is dried properly before re-filling.

Chicken + Egg Meals by Barkkins: Start with half packet and transition to 1 full packet per day, unless you see signs of indigestion (like loosies, vomitting, lethargy).
