Step 1 - Choose your filling:

Use any soft, spreadable food - yogurt/curd, wet dog food, mashed banana, peanut butter (xylitol-free), bone broth, or a mix of your dog's regular home-cooked meal.

Step 2 - Spread the filling:

Use a spoon or spatula to press the food into the grooves and texture on the mat surface. Fill it in generously - the grooves are designed to hold food and create a challenge.

Step 3 - Serve immediately or freeze:

Give it to your dog fresh for a 10–15 minute activity, or place it in the freezer for 2–4 hours for a longer 20–30 minute enrichment session.

Step 4 - Supervise the first few sessions:

Let your dog figure out the wobbling motion. Most dogs adapt within 1–2 uses.

Step 5 - Clean after every use:
